Ok time to put sum thoughts into my losing few days i had ( -12K )
Right so i got a few thoughts about this now i vhad time to recap and think about it.
1st thing is tht i hav to think of the possibilty i was out classed? which is very possible as im not the best HU player as i play very little, but i dont see how i can be worse thn i guy tht calls 3 bets w/ Q8off? or am i missing sumthing here?
2nd thing is tht i was playing to higher stakes ( I hav the roll to be playing 5-10 but just not so used to such large amounts of money mayb? ) in a very high varience game of HU poker in an aggressive match......... this defo affected me at 10-20 which i should not of played and tht was a mistake which i realize now.
3rd thing is more a whole thing in my head about poker and my game etc. I defo think i hav a better understanding of the game of poekr thn most ppl on pkr (ie position, 3 betting/calling 3 bets/ set mining etc) but obv not as good at sum things as certain player i know. I defo hav a problem about be told i played a hand wrong or i coulda done this / tht better. i need to liston more from friends and stop thinking im ALWAYS RIGHT cause no1 every is or ever will be.
SOOOO in a vacume im putting tht down to a mistake playing the guy for 4k at 10-20 and the 4k at 5-10 as a learning curve so i can no move on.
i took out 6k from my pkr roll just to make me try hard agen and try and get bak into thinking lemmi hav a 20k roll agen on pkr. I left my self with 4k to try and spin up to million's LOL's
1st day i managed to lose 1k of it and things looked bleak.
2nd day i lost just over 1k so my roll was under 2k so i took a shot at 5-10 and bust a fish a coupel time's on my way upto my current roll now which is 5.5k !!! so great progress relli and im trying to get the 12k back i lost in tht few days. Sooo far got like 3.5k bak from the bottom end of 12k down :) so hpefully maybe my roll can spin all the way upto 10k before i leave for LAS VAGAS on the 25th exactly a week from now !!! YAY cant wait is going to be epic !!!!
O yeh guess i should just say few friends of mine in the poker world which i wont name are going through downswings atm :( I know that they are winning players and hav crushed for a couple years, So maybe they can start to steamroller agen and get re-owning souls. GL every1 on tht front inlcuding myself :)
Ok now onto other things, Pool- The venue we hav played our league in has had to close i dont no the reasons for this but w/e shit happens. It is a great shame cause was a fun place to play with alot of friends every monday........ Suppose its not the end of the world tho...... i was leaving this league for the Portsmouth money league anyways in a month .
On wednesday pool we had a re-arranged cup game vs a bunch of regular wankers and they did nt turn up when they was ment to ( serious prick's )so were throught to the next round i guess reay
Ok im gonna go play sum poker now and hopfully crush :) would be nice for a huge session right now !!! Gl at the tables every1
